The Front Door Lock Wont Unlock At All

On my powerbolt 2 the door can be locked with the lock button but the user code will not unlock the door.

The front door lock wont unlock at all.

Multipoint lock is damaged. Each of these door lock problems has different causes but the end point is usually the same. On the kwikset locks this looks like two little teeth that the cylinder pushes back. Call technical support for further troubleshooting.
